A fascinating proposition. The concept of a Generative Adversarial Network creating art brings to mind interesting philosophical questions about the nature of creativity itself. If the machine is the artist, does that diminish the role of human intention? I've been exploring similar concepts in my own reading on computational models of the mind. I will be heading to the University of Edinburgh.

Hello SynthLogic, that sounds like a very impressive summer project. Good luck with it. I am also working on an engineering project before university starts. I am hoping to get into MIT or Stanford for Materials Science. Waterloo is an excellent choice for CS. 👍

@SynthLogic The current plan is Columbia or LSE, assuming my essays on the decline of Western civilisation are compelling enough. And yes, a good library is paramount.
